Choose a bingo room, review its card cost and next round, select the number of cards and check the total coin cost before booking. Confirm your entry before booking closes. In play and Next round identify which game your cards belong to.

A ticket has 15 numbers across three rows, with five numbers in each row. Numbers are drawn from 1 to 90. One line means all five numbers in any row; two lines means two complete rows; full house means all 15 numbers. The blank cells are intentional.

The server checks booked tickets against the called numbers and winning patterns. Qualifying winners share the relevant prize stage. Open your game history for the recorded result. Displayed prizes are virtual coins only.

Auto-dab marks called numbers on your tickets automatically. You can adjust the room controls to follow the calls yourself. The server checks winning tickets independently of the visual markings on your screen.

Use the minus and plus ticket controls in the room. Mobile portrait offers full-width cards or a compact two-column layout. The intended starting view on mobile is full size, while desktop shows three columns.

Each room has its own progressive virtual coin jackpot, starting values and qualifying ball limit. Read the displayed jackpot conditions and balls remaining. A full house must meet the room’s jackpot conditions. Progressive jackpots are reserved for real players.

Clearly labelled virtual players help keep games active and contribute house-funded coins to regular prizes. Up to five participate, reducing to four at five real entrants, three at six, two at seven, one at eight and none at nine or more. They do not chat.

Real and virtual tickets use the same random draw and winning-pattern rules. An equivalent ticket has the same chance; players holding more tickets have more opportunities to win. Virtual players may win ordinary coin prizes but not progressive jackpots.

Find the unique ticket serial number on the ticket or in your records. Send support that serial, the room, game date and the result you expected. This allows the exact ticket and draw to be traced.

Booked rounds continue on the server. Reconnect using the same account and check your game and wallet history before making another booking. If something appears missing, contact support with the time and room.

The current rooms offer 90-ball bingo. The site also has sections for planned 75-, 80- and 30-ball bingo, scratch cards and pull tabs. A planned section does not mean that game is playable yet.

No. Glamour Coins, prizes, jackpots and rewards have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money or prizes of monetary value.

Sign in and open the rewards area in your member account. Claim the available daily gift when shown. Missing a day does not remove earlier gifts.

Complete booked games to progress towards stamps. Each booked round counts once, regardless of how many tickets you enter. The games required for each stamp are configurable, so use the current requirement displayed in your collection.

Each destination has five stamps. Once the album is complete, claim its displayed coin reward to open the next chapter. There are six destinations; after the Ballroom a new numbered edition begins and earlier collections remain saved. Viewing a locked chapter does not unlock it.

Use the referral information in your member area to invite a new player. The configured coin reward is subject to the referral rules and a qualifying registration. Check your referral records for status; do not create duplicate accounts to claim rewards.

Your member wallet shows recorded credits and debits. Compare the transaction reference with your game or reward history. Send support the relevant references if a balance does not appear correct.

Reload once, check your connection and confirm that browser storage and essential cookies are allowed. Try closing and reopening the tab. If it persists, send your device, browser version, approximate time and a description of the problem.
