These terms cover this new social bingo service and its member area. The Glamour Bingo brand was established in 2000. This version is a separate social-coin experience: the offers, balances, licences and cash-play rules advertised on earlier versions of the brand are not offers or terms of this service. Nothing here removes any rights you may separately have against an earlier service.
This build is currently an invitation-only private preview. Access is subject to the hosting platform’s sign-in and invitation requirements. Planned games are labelled as such and are not available until launched.
2. Eligibility and registration
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service where you are located. You must give accurate account information, choose an appropriate nickname and keep your sign-in account secure. Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell or transfer an account, impersonate another person or create additional accounts to obtain repeated rewards or bypass restrictions.
Current sign-in uses ChatGPT. We do not issue a separate Glamour Bingo password in this preview. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Our privacy policy explains how account information is handled.
3. Free play and virtual coins
Registration and free-play opportunities do not require a purchase. Welcome gifts, daily gifts and eligible rewards provide virtual Glamour Coins, subject to the amounts and conditions shown in the service. Free does not mean unlimited cards or an unlimited coin balance. Each booking uses the displayed number of virtual coins.
Glamour Coins are a limited permission to use virtual game features within your account. They are not money, a deposit, an investment or a payment instrument. You acquire no entitlement to interest or a cash return. Coins, jackpots, rewards, collectibles and winnings cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, transferred to another player, sold or exchanged for goods or prizes of monetary value. There is no cash-out facility.
4. Optional purchases
Real-money coin purchases are not enabled in this private preview. Any sandbox checkout is a test and must not be treated as a live purchase offer.
If optional coin purchases are enabled later, the checkout will identify the seller, currency, total price including applicable taxes, coin quantity, delivery arrangements and relevant purchase or platform terms before payment. Purchasing coins will remain optional and will never make coins or winnings cash-redeemable. No recurring charge or subscription will be introduced without the required advance information and agreement.
Consumer rights, including rights concerning defective digital content and any applicable cancellation or refund rights, are not excluded. Where a lawful exception to a withdrawal right requires express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of loss of that right, it must be obtained separately at checkout. These terms alone do not provide that consent. Contact us about a payment problem with the order reference, without sending card details.
5. Games, bookings and results
Before booking, check the room, game, card quantity, total coin cost and published prize and jackpot conditions. A confirmed booking is recorded on the server. Rules may differ between rooms and future game formats. Current and already advertised rounds retain their recorded terms when an administrator changes future settings.
In 90-ball bingo, the server checks qualifying tickets against the recorded draw and applicable winning pattern. Coin prizes are shared where the published rules require it. Progressive jackpots have a qualifying ball limit and are reserved for real players. More cards provide more opportunities to match a pattern; no ticket or purchase guarantees a win.
Booked games can continue if you disconnect. Qualifying awards are credited to the account ledger. Your member area includes game records and ticket serials to help investigate a result. If you believe a result or debit is incorrect, contact support with the game and ticket references. We will review the server records rather than rely only on a screen animation.
6. Virtual players
Clearly labelled virtual players support game continuity and add a house-funded contribution to regular coin prizes. Up to five enter with 12 cards each. At five real entrants there are four virtual players, at six there are three, at seven there are two, at eight there is one, and at nine or more there are none. With fewer than five real entrants, there can be five virtual players.
They use the same number draw and pattern rules and may win regular coin prizes. They do not participate in chat and cannot receive progressive jackpots. Their participation and the relevant house contribution are explained inside each room.
7. Gifts, referrals and collections
The displayed programme rules determine eligibility, amounts and claim requirements. Daily gifts must be claimed and reset according to the time shown in your account. Referral rewards apply only to qualifying new registrations using the referral process, with one reward per eligible registration and no self-referrals.
Each completed booked game counts once towards a collection, irrespective of card quantity. A started chapter keeps its saved games-per-stamp requirement. A completed album reward must be claimed to advance, and previous albums remain recorded. Personal milestones record achievements; they do not themselves promise additional coins. Future reward arrangements may change, but changes will not be presented as retrospectively altering an already earned entitlement.
8. Conduct and fair use
Do not harass others, publish unlawful or abusive content, disclose another person’s private information, post scams, exploit errors, use unauthorised automation, interfere with the service or attempt to manipulate games, referrals or coin balances. You remain responsible for what you post. You permit us to display and moderate your messages as necessary to operate the community.
We may remove offending content and apply proportionate account restrictions for suspected misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will explain a restriction and allow you to ask for a review. Restrictions must not be used to avoid legitimate consumer or data-protection obligations.
9. Service changes, errors and closure
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free devices and networks. Preview features may change. Where an error affects a game or account, we may investigate, correct an identifiable erroneous entry or restore the appropriate virtual balance, keeping an audit record. A correction is not permission to alter a valid result arbitrarily.
You may request account closure through support or email. We may retain records where needed for unresolved issues or applicable legal obligations, as explained in the privacy policy. Closure does not create a cash entitlement from virtual coins and does not remove any applicable rights concerning an actual purchase.
10. Responsibility, complaints and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us first with a complaint and relevant references so that we can investigate. We do not require you to waive access to a competent court or supervisory authority.
The agreement is governed by the laws of Curaçao, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights applicable to you as a consumer, including those of your habitual residence where applicable. No provision requires a consumer to give up a forum or protection that applicable law makes mandatory.
Material changes will be brought to your attention through the service before they take effect where required. Continued use will not replace express consent where the law requires it.
